Having had a lifetime in White Nationalism in one party or another, I have always been searching for the ideal structure of a White Nationalist Movement.
I have come close to my ideal on two occasions – one with the National Action Party (1982 – 1984), but on reflection I think we were over organised for the couple of hundred members we had. Through that I learned that the experiment of giving members, at different levels/types of membership is just two difficult to enforce.
The structure of membership ranged from Division One through to Division Four membership with Divisions One & Two being the most active.
I have to admit that I
borrowed many ideas from the British Union organisational structure of the
1930’s.
The other time when we came a lot closer was in the White Nationalist Party, 2002 through to 2005.
We achieved part of the ideal organisation, with the formation of the ruling body of the WNP - the National Council.
One important thing about the NC of the WNP was that each member of the Council was also an Executive in one field or another of Party work – Head of Security/National Organiser/National Press Officer/National Activities Organiser etc…..so nobody was a member for purely decorative purposes and the worst excesses of ‘Commiteeism’, a thing I hate almost as bad as I hate ‘democracy’, were avoided.
Every NC member had a job and a NC meeting reflected this and made Council meetings both important and effective.
With membership of the WNP rising into the many hundreds we were achieving the beginnings of the ideal political structure.

Another membership idea was
tried in British Movement in its very early days, reflecting its previous
growth out of the NSM.
There were two tiers of members – Full Members and Official Supporters.

After these experiments, I
have come to believe through hard experience that a Party should have a one
level membership – i.e. Party Member.
Before going on to the
projected structure, a word about Democracy. By its very nature White
Nationalism, largely based on Social Darwinism is inherently by definition
opposed to the ‘democratic principle’
Democracy is a Golden Calf which for some reason nobody can question and which was the invention of the same forces that are busy creating the monstrosity of a multi-racial state we are now all forced to live under.

For those of a pedantic
nature, Democracy does come from the Greeks of the 4th/3rd centuries BC.
You will find it was far different from the Democracy of today, yet its translation – literally ‘rule by the mob’, goes a long way in finding its major faults.
Any Party of White Nationalism which insists on employing the Democratic Principle internally (as opposed to externally when it can be used against itself), its setting itself up for a fall.
The National Front Directorate meetings of the 1970’s were an example of this.
The Directorate of the NF could well be 20 to 30 people and this bred factionalism and in the end, party splits over personality or ideology and sometimes both.

No business organisation
using the ‘democratic principle’ would survive very long, and this holds true
of political parties and groups.
The major parties in Great Britain, the Labour and the Tory parties do indeed pay lip service to democracy, but look a little deeper and you will quickly find that the leadership principle is the one that runs the party even though the leaders of these parties are corrupt puppets of a greater controlling power.

Democracy is death for any
group or Movement as it is for any nation.

Because the UK has been ruled by a two party, first-past-the-post democratic system which means that quite often, the ruling party
attained less votes than the other, but because of democratic vagaries, a non
representative group of people end up ‘ruling’ our country.
A White Nationalist Party
must run on authoritarian principles, the principles of leadership. However we
must remember leadership also implies responsibility, so we must also ensure
that ineffective leaders do not retain their powers very long.
This is the only nod I will give in the direction of internal democracy. A WN Movement should have built-in safe guards in its Constitution to remove a leader at any level who is not performing his or her duties in a way that the position demands.

Having said that it is time to move on to my describing the shape and nature of the ideal (or my ideal anyway) of an effective and professional White Nationalist Movement.
